Nowadays, most companies require employees who are well-educated and have good skills. That’s why more and more people want to attend universities to have more chances to learn and have a better preparation for their futures. In my own opinion, university is a necessary stage for them some reasons.
To begin with, university provides students with knowledge in their specified field. Professors are good in their stream so that students not only learn from the text books, but also from their practical experiences. They can learn actively like: watching scientific movies, discussing with their friends, or presenting a topic… In addition, the college’s library has a variety of books, journal, newspaper, reports… with a diverse source of information.
Another very strong argument for my opinion is that university gives students an enjoyable atmosphere of activities. Besides classes, many recreational activities are conducted such as: sport clubs, youth festivals, seminars, debates or declamation contests… In such an active environment, students must change their way to fit in and become more sociable. The time in college is really precious for them to have new experiences without being with their family. They have to learn how to balance studying with activities, how to take care of themselves, how to live with other people… these experiences are more important than the limited knowledge obtained in textbooks.
In short, university is an unmissable base for students to have a brighter future. They can gain not only necessary knowledge but also new and unforgettable experiences. Last but not least, they should make good use of the time they spend in college and enjoy the most beautiful college time in their life.
